From the 1980s and for over 35 years, school classroom tables with cast PU edged (known as Proform) tops supplied by Remploy Furniture were dominant in UK schools. These were always recognised as the premium option due to their long life and durability. Following Remploy’s closure in 2008 they became unavailable. However, using an enhanced version of the original formulation, we are delighted to be able to offer them again.

Our range of Cast PU edged tabletops are 18mm thick and made from MDF, and are available with a choice of wood grain or plain finish, and a selection of edge colours. The edge is 5mm thick and is moulded directly onto the board to ensure maximum adhesion.

With school budgets being constantly squeezed, replacement table tops are the ideal solution to revamp schools and classrooms.
